I get asked a lot of questions on the changes in legsilation that was enforced on 1st December 2022. Therefore, I couldn’t not write about it soon! I think the reason I get asked about this so often is because it isn't straight froward, it's hard to find the answer, and it’s such a HUGE change (the biggest change in Welsh housing law yet!).
