It has been such a busy few weeks in the property industry that I had missed a week of Property Post blogging! I had spoken with a couple other agents, and they had said the same – April seems to be such a hectic month, as it was last year too. I wanted to focus my writing this week on the holiday lets in the current property market.

The current rental market is nothing like I have ever known it before... The demand has increased massively since Covid-19, and it seems to be stagnantly high. With working in lettings, I have seen this first hand. Agencies are currently limiting their viewings, some even only accepting online viewings!

Keeping on top of cleaning and organising in the house can be so timely and tiring, however, I find it really therapeutic. So I wanted this blog post to be aimed at the majority, and cleaning is something we ALL have to partake in.

With property regulations constantly changing post-COVID, it has been extremely difficult to keep up to date with them all! One of those difficulties being HMO’s (especially as the local council has recently increased their fees for obtaining an HMO license). I have found that there are so many questions being asked about HMO’s that it was obligatory to write my next blog post all about this.
