Living by the sea has always been a dream of mine. The calming sound of waves crashing against the shore, the salty breeze that fills the air, and the picturesque views that greet you every morning – it's a lifestyle many aspire to. Decorating a rented home can be really tricky. As well as thinking about your budget, you have to consider the return of your deposit at the end of the tenancy. And when renting, you can’t be changing the structure of the property or the layout of the kitchen. So, we need to think of some ideas to make your rental a home, without risking any contractual terms.  

Today, I wanted to dive back into the new Welsh legislation surrounding the rental industry. I have received a lot of questions and phone calls about the new notice regulations and how it all works. The eviction notice that most people know about is Section 21 – however this has now changed and is now known as a Section 173 (Section 21 still exists in England).
