The cost of this will vary depending on the type of lock, number of keys and who you use to do the replacement. Contractor fees: If you call our contractor out of office hours for an issue that is not an emergency and is something your landlord would have been able to attend to, if notified, then we reserve the right to pass on the contractor fees (including call out) on to you.
